Construction Quality
Their work force is trained to place a special emphasis on proper material selection,
close tolerance milling, and careful assembly, thereby achieving a higher degree of
product strength and durability.
Wood Selection
Sequoia Works uses a variety of kiln-dried "western softwoods" which would
include Cedar, Redwood, or high altitude Fir and Hemlock, and employ a lengthy process to
insure that they are able to use clean straight material.
Roofing Material
Their "Perfect Choice" roofing system is a shingle style molded polymer that
provides an excellent rain seal. "Perfect Choice" comes with a limited 10-year
warranty, resists fungus or mildew, is lightweight, impact resistant and virtually
maintenance free.
Window and Door Panels
A bronze Plexiglas is set into all window and door panel frames. The bronze tint allows
great visibility from within the enclosure, while providing a high degree of privacy from
exterior view.
Low Voltage Lighting
Low voltage lighting is a standard offering with the Vista Suite, and an option available
for all other enclosures.
